DIRTY HEARTS // www.facebook.com/DirtyHeartsBand
Dirty Hearts are a 3-piece band from Brisbane who are putting their own slant on classic Australian rock ‘n’ roll. Playing with an energy and soul that leaves other bands in their wake, blending alternative ‘90s Australian and ’70s British rock, Dirty Hearts have carved out their own sound that demands to be listened to.
SUICIDE SWANS // www.facebook.com/SuicideSwans
Suicide Swans are an Australian 5 piece alt-country band that in their previous 5-year incarnation through the release of their self titled EP ‘Suicide Swans’ (2013) and debut album ‘Ghosts We Forget’ (2014) featured the band’s sound of mixing – the twang of country, the chug of 60’s/70’s rock with dashes of pop that they termed cosmic country.
THE LIQUID ECLECTIC // www.facebook.com/simonmeolaTLE
Simon Meola and The Liquid Eclectic are an independent band based on the Gold Coast, Australia. As the title suggests, their music is eclectic with varying styles ranging from alternative rock, blues, hard rock, acoustic instrumental and roots. Their debut album ‘The Purple Pill’ has been unleashed on the world with a new and exciting field of sound.
VITAL SIGNS // www.facebook.com/Vital-Signs
Tweed heads band Vital Signs play fast paced 80’s heavy rock with big sounding drums and crazy double kick! Crunchy guitar tone with shreddy 80’s guitar solos! Thumping bass rhythm that sounds like the thunder! Melodic vocals but still with attitude, and high glass shattering falsettos!
